Payment
To confirm your booking, a 30% deposit is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your tour date.
We accept payment via bank transfer, PayPal, WeChat Pay, and Alipay. Full payment details will be provided upon booking confirmation.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations by Guest
- More than 14 days before the tour: Full refund of deposit
- 7–14 days before the tour: 50% refund of deposit
- Less than 7 days before the tour: No refund
- No-show: No refund
Cancellations by Path & Pause
In the rare event that we need to cancel your tour (e.g., extreme weather, force majeure, or minimum group size not met), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.
Changes & Rescheduling
We understand plans change. You may reschedule your tour free of charge with at least 48 hours notice. Changes requested with less than 48 hours notice are subject to availability and may incur a rebooking fee.
